To assign access rights to user, select the user
Click <Add Row> button
Select OU in which the user is belongs to.
Period : Set the number years , the user can access the details. Say for example if you set as "1" then the user can access current financial year. If value set as "2" then the user can access current year and previous year and so on.
click 
button to save the access rights.
