When you want to change or transfer the employee from one organization unit to other organization unit
1.Please go to following screen

Before transferring employees from one organization unit to other organization unit
1. Remove Attenance Register which is after transfer date
2. Close leave balance
3. Approve or reject leave request
4. Process the salary
After Transferring the employees from one organization unit to other organization unit
1. Create new salary details
2. change payconfiguration if needed
3. create register
4. create leave credit
