SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) helps you to track items that may have different attributes of the same item. E.g. Shirt with different colors.

Fields & its description:

• Item Code/Name

Specify the item code and name of the required item here.

After selecting the item, click on the Load button and this will generate the item SKU details.

The item’s SKU details will  be displayed based on the attributes you have defined for the item from the Item Master.

E.g. If you have checked attributes like process, style, size etc., in the SKU tab of the item master then those attributes will be displayed.

• Status

If this is a new SKU that is accessed for the first time then the status will be displayed as New. If the status is Available, it indicates that the SKU is available. Selecting Not Required will disable this.
