Skill
The skill tab captures to know the employee’s expertise in one particular or many fields. This field goes in support also with Qualification, in a few organizations employees are recruited on board not only with education but also goes with skill level. For example, in a manufacturing company, Engineering qualification will be wanted, in that based on the engineering company, a particular skill will be very needed for the hour. Therefore, the skill becomes an extra advantage to equip them both. If an employee has an extra skill or undergoes extra training to update either themselves as internal training or external training for the purpose of the career growth organization can also be entered here. By updating the skill data, if the employer needs a person for the quick or new project can check in the below and internal transfer the employee. The below link helps us how to enter may include Skill level {Master-ESS-Employee skill} The above picture explains the format of entering the skills that an employee has, he/she can add any number of skills. It will be stored as a database. If the employee has newly joined the concern, the employee has to enter the details explained in the previous screen and click the Save button. Or else, if the employee is already working, and upgraded the need skill for the betterment of the company and them, should enter the particulars and click on the update button.Revisions
