Usually the customer service representative first attempts to resolve the call  through Phone.  If the solution to an issue cannot be resolved via phone, the service request can be easily converted into a service order.  These Service order has been registered with proper details. The Person who is knowing the assigning process can open the call from call register and assign to compliances to right Service Engineer The person who receives the call is having rights to assign Service engineer for the compliance then this process will be handled at the time of Call register itself Allotted Type and Allotted to information should be set for assigning the call to Service engineer "Allotted Type" will have the information about whether the resources is company employee or out sourcing. For " Allotted To " name of the service engineer assigned for this job
