Once the service (Complaints) call registered then the next process is identifying right service engineer (technician) and assign the compliant to him.
The Person who is knowing the assigning process can open the call from call register and assign to compliances to right Service Engineer
The person who receives the call is having rights to assign Service engineer for the compliance then this process will be handled at the time of Call register itself
Call allocation will be done by using "Allotted Type" and "Allotted To" option as above
Allotted Type : The company may and may not have enough resource to attend compliant. The company may hire services from outside to give solution. Here we have to set whether resouces assinged for a complient is within company ie Employee or Technician from outside having contract with company or the solution provider may have the account ( Supplier , Customer, Consultant ) with the company.
Employee - Resources (technician ) within the company
Technician - Technician having contract with the company
Party - having account with the company
Allotted To : Once the Allotted Type is selected then the Resources list will be populated in Allotted To option based on the Allotted Type selected.
