Lot Size/Batch Qty |
Lot or batch size is the number of quantity that will be processed in a single batch/lot |
Set up Time |
Time required to do the setting up. This time is fixed for the Lot Size/ Batch Quantity.The time has to be entered in Time UOM mentioned above. (default minutes) |
Cycle Time |
Time required to process one cycle of producion .The time has to be entered in Time UOM mentioned above. (default minutes) |
Variable Quantity |
In some scenario, one cycle will produce more than one quanity. (Default value is 1)To arrive at Cycle time for one quantity , this field is entered.Cycle Time / Qty = Cycle Time/ Variable Quantity |
