Role & Rights – Role Menu

Role menu is used to activate the menu along with its functions for certain roles.If certain users are not allowed access to some screens or they are not allowed to perform some of the functions (insert, update, delete, etc.) then Role Menu screen can be used in this case. rolemen Fields & its description:
  • Role
Specify the role for which these settings are to be applied.
  • Module
Choose the module where the access and functional rights are to be configured. After the module is selected, a tree structure with all the menus and parents appear below. If you want to only select a single screen then navigate (by extending the branch)rolemenp to only that individual screen and click on it. The whole Master parent menu can be selected by clicking on it directly. This will display all the menus under master. As soon as you select the menu(s), a table containing the menu along with its operations appear. Click on Select all present above the table to check all the options displayed below. Deselect all will have the opposite effect. It is also possible to check and uncheck only the rows by clicking the select and deselect button present next to that row. Insert, update, delete allows saving, updating and deleting the entries. Selecting View enables the user to view the other entries while using the screen. Click on the save button to save all the entries and update role to update them.
