Role & Rights – Advance User Rights

Advance user rights monitor access to content in several fields of the screen. This is helpful in organizing specific users to only selected content in GoodBooks. Aduserights   Fields & its Description:
  • User
Select the user for whom these rights are to be configured.
  • Role
Choose the role of that user from this field.
  • Module
Select the module where the screen and class belong. After choosing the module, the respective BizTransaction classes (screen) present under them appears as a table.
  • Class
If you do not require all the classes from the module then select the specific class in this field. After performing either of the two above ways to display the class(es), click on the fill button. This will fill details in a second table which has information about all the BizTransactions (fields) from that screen. Controlling the operations: After selecting the particulars, their functionality can be determined. Operations like insert, update, delete, view and print are available. Check the required operations for each field or check all the operations by clicking on select all. A whole row of operations can also be selected by clicking on the second select all button present at the end of the table. You can easily deselect by clicking on unselect.
