Reason

Reason can be entered so that commonly used reasons are easy to reference in other menus. The type of reason, name and particulars can be saved in this screen.

Fields & its description:

Type

The reason entry belongs to a certain type (personal, Quality issues, etc.), select that type from this field.

Code & Name

Enter any code and a corresponding name for the reason in these fields.

Remarks

Type the complete description of the reason. You can add several reasons under a reason type. Saving and deleting the entries: After entering your values, click on the save button below to save all the details. Edit the saved details by clicking on the update button after selecting the entry. Similarly delete any entry by choosing the entry and then click on the delete button. Click on

button to delete only the rows. This is applicable to all the other screens as well.
