Qualification

We all know the Organization hires candidates as per their education for executive levels. Entering the qualification helps the organization or department heads to push them for higher profiles. Based on the Recruitment pre-requisites the Job Description is framed keeping the Qualification as a priority. Therefore the entry of Qualification is a mandatory requirement in any organization.  The Employee Qualification section captures the qualification, institute, years at the institute, duration of the course, and the grades achieved. It also has a remarkable space to capture personal achievements. The Employee Qualification is a default format that can be easily filled for data purposes. For additional qualifications, more rows can be added by clicking the “Add Row ” button. It is mandatory to enter all qualifications of the candidate as it helps the organization & department heads to decide any vertical & lateral role shifts, promotions & increments.    Path: HRMS>Master>Employee Details>Employee vs Qualification  
  1. Employee code: This field will contain the codes of the employees. Selecting a value shall result in information about that employee being displayed
  2. Employee: Once the employee code is selected, the respective employee name will be displayed.
  3. The below table consists of various columns to enter the details of an employee's qualification.
  4. Course: The courses that are completed by the employee need to be entered here.
  5. Institute: Enter the name of the institute where the employee completed the course.
  6. Duration: Enter the duration of the course, specify in years.
  7. From Year: Enter the start year when the course began.
  8. To Year: Enter the end year when the course ended.
  9. Grade: Enter the grade achieved by the employee during the course.
  10. Remarks: Enter any remarks if necessary. The employee may complete the course with distinction or with additional subjects, specify all the additional details in the remark column.
  11. Click the add row button to add more qualification details.
  12. Click the Save button.
  13. The popup will appear on the screen with a successful message to confirm that the employee's qualification is stored.
