PO Amendment
Any kind of modification to the purchase order is done through purchase order amendment. For example, the user may want to reduce the order quantity for an item at a later stage. For that, PO amendment screen can be used. Any changes to the orders placed can be done only here, as the orders once placed cannot be edited in the Purchase order screen. First Enter the Purchase order Number (created in the Purchase Order document) or Select the purchase order number to be amended from the Smart Finder. The Current details of the purchase are displayed automatically. The User may do the necessary modification in the same order and save it. Available Features- DELIVERY SCHEDULE
