Problem vs Solution

The problem vs solution links together the individual screens. Problem and Solution in a way that lets you distinguish problems and solutions from the same screen. In situations where a problem must require multiple solutions, this screen is useful. Path: Maintenance>Master>Problem vs Solution
  1. Problem: Select the source problem for which you want to attribute the solutions.
  2. Click on Add Row to add rows where each row can contain a solution.
  3. Solution: Select the solution which you have already created and order additional solutions (by adding rows) in a legible way that solves the problem.
  4. Click the Save button.
