The overall periodic concept applies to the complete Organization unit, which location or whatever process unit the Organization has. So specific to that, the overall periodic payment either adding or deducting can be processed. 

The Periodic calculation is on a Labour welfare fund with a fixed amount of 200, say for the current month to be deducted from the employees. This deduction is periodically levied commonly on all the employees. 

The LWF is an example, likewise, there will be Bonus, Expense on a common concept for the deduction, Perks, and common amenities for the month alone.

1. Pay Period: The pay period which is needed to be used for providing Bonus, LWF etc is selected in this field.
2. LWF: The amount allotted for the Labour Welfare Fund is needed to be entered here.
