Pay Configuration

Pay configuration allows you to design the pay for employees. According to your organization's requirements, you are able to configure the pay. paycon Fields & its description:
  • Code & name
This field contains the code and name of the pay configuration. The pick list displays all the stored pay configuration entries.
  • Salary account
Here the salary account which is responsible for allocating payment to the employees is mentioned.
  • Date
The date when the pay configuration entry was created.
  • Type
In the table, type refers to the type of operation for the next column "field". There are types like addition deduction, advance and formula. Each has its own field values. E.g. If you select formula then all the formula fields appear.
  •  Operation Type
Operation type has options like add, sub, benefits and others. Selecting one of these has different results where add and sub are functions to be performed. Benefits is related to the C2C information.
  • Element
This is the pay element to which the operations you have selected in the previous fields are to be performed.
