Pattern Master

Pattern master deals with patterns i.e. shapes formed from raw materials in order to manufacture a finished product. You are also able to monitor the weights regarding the material used for the pattern formation process. pattern Fields & its description:
  • Code & Name
Enter a unique code and name of the pattern in this field.
  • Plan Type
There may be two plan types, Own  - If the production plan is done by your organization Party  - If the plan is done by an external party.
  • Party
If your choice is party then specify the party here.
  • Parameter Set
Parameter sets might be assigned for this pattern production, if so, specify this here.
  • Pouring Weight
Enter the pouring weight of the material used for making the patterns. Total weight and runner weight  is filled automatically based on your pouring weight and the process wise values you provide in the table below. The sum of total and runner weight will end up being the pouring weight.
  • RM Grade
Raw material grade refers to the quality of the raw material used.
  • Item Code/Name
Specify the item name and code of the item used in creating the pattern.
  • SKU Code
The stock keeping unit code of the same must be entered here.
  • Qty
Specify the individual quantity of the item.
  • Weight
Enter the weight of this particular item in this field.
  • Total Weight
Total weight is the product of quantity and weight.
