- Overtime No - The Overtime number is given for the extra work hours the employee has worked on. See the sample pic, the overtime is given for each employee, followed by their code, name and the date the overtime worked is captured. For example: Now we need to proceed with an employee who has worked extra hours, but there is an error in the date worked on in the overtime hours.
- For The Date: For The Date, the field should contain the date of overtime.There is a Filter button that can be used to produce employees in the table by filtering according to the department, work type, staff type, etc. You can also manually add employees to the table by selecting the Code or Name. In the table, specify the start and end of the overtime in From and To Time and the Hrs field will be filled accordingly. Enter the Factor% with which the overtime factor hours shall be calculated. E.g. If the Hrs is 12, then entering a Factor% of 150% (can also be decremental) will result in the Factor Hrs value as 18. This shall be accounted as 18 hours equivalent overtime pay.
- Click on the Advanced filter - Select Yes.
4. Select the exact date for processing the particular employee we need to check and make the changes in date and overtime.
5. Then select the employee we need to process.
6. Overtime no(we discussed previously) - the employee we need to correct the date will be displayed like the below illustration. We are now working on the employee Mr. Murali C, which alone will be displayed
7. Check the display and click the popped-up row, it will be added to the edit tool. In the edit tool, we can change the date and the overtime, which is required.
8. We can enter the time duration the employee has worked extra, which will automatically get calculated, with specified Hours, Factor%, and Factor Hour's compensation.
Completing and verifying the altered details, we need to update the data. This data will result in the Monthly Attendance sheet for further processing to payroll.
If we need to process the same for multiple employees, the filter option has the segregations to provide the needed data.- Click the Filter button.
- In the dropdown, we have to choose from which field has the information.
- Click the Apply filter button, the filtered employee will be displayed. From the list, we can alter the necessary information.
- Update the altered information as we did for a single employee and it will get reflected or mapped in the Monthly Attendance.
- How to add an entry in attendance - over time entry?
- Type all the required details in the fields.
- Click on save after completing. The data you have entered shall be saved.
2. How to edit an entry in attendance - over time entry?
- Select the field you want to edit and modify.
- After the editing is done, click on the update button.
3. How to delete an entry in attendance - over time entry?
- To delete the whole entry, choose the code or name of the entry you want to delete and click on the delete button.
- You can also delete just the rows of the table by clicking on the delete row.
