The Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) tab of the OU level settings allows you to enter data with respect to the income tax deducted by the government.

• TDS Formula
• OU Level Setting PAN/GIR No
• TDS Percentage
• TDS Account Number
• Pay Nature

TDS can be calculated by specifying the formula. You can enter the number for the OU level setting for PAN/GIR and the TDS account. Enter the percentage usually collected as TDS from the income of your employees in TDS Percentage field.

There are also fields for specifying the Pay nature and Circle addresses.
