OU Level Setting – PF (General Info)

The PF (General Info) tab under OU Level Setting can be used to view the general information about Provident Fund.   Fields & its description
  • Organization unit - Select the specific OU, if required for which the PF information is applicable so that details regarding only that OU's PF policy will be displayed. This will be useful if your organization has multiple OUs.
  •  Retirement Age - Here the retirement age-specific to the chosen OU should be entered.
  • Charges Per Kilometer - Specify the charges per kilometer related to travel.
  • Salary Payable Account - Select the Salary Payable Account from which the salary is distributed to the employees.

  • PF Number & Group
  • EPF code
  • PF Bank name
  • PF Lop days
  • PF Admin Percentage
  • PF Admin Amount
  • EDLI Admin Percentage
  • EDLI Admin Amount
Enter the unique PF number In the Family Pension Fund (FPF) Applicable field and Charges Per Kilometer, enter the respective values. There is also a way to specify the PF wages of the employees, and the name of the PF Group if any. You can also mention the PF bank name from which the your organization provides PF. Enter the Admin percentage and amount of  Deposit Linked Insurance (DLI) contributed by the employer. PF admin values can be specified similarly to this. Under Addresses, specify the address of the bank. There are multiple fields so that more than a single address can be mentioned.
