PF contribution tab can be used to enter separate OU level details regarding the PF into employee and employer’s contribution so as to better define the values without any complication.
The PF contribution of the OU level setting is classified into two types, Employer and Employee. Furthermore, under Employee there are fields for Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Family Pension Fund (FPF).
a) EPF Employer:
In the EPF Employer Percentage, enter the stipulated percentage to be collected. Under EPF Employer Actual Percentage field, the actual value contributed should be mentioned. Also specify the EPF employer.
b) FPF Employer:
Here, the Stipulated and actual contribution to the employee’s FPF should be mentioned. Select the FPF Employer, Employer responsible for FPF and Pension Wages regarding this type.
c) EPF Employee:
Similar to EPF employer, enter and select the respective values.
d) DLI Employer:
Deposit Linked Insurance, which is contributed only by the employer has fields similar to the above and values unique to DLI should be mentioned. DLI wages can also be selected.
