Organization - Organization Unit

Path: Admin>Master >Organization >OrganizationUnit Organizations have several Organization Units (OU) and This screen is used to create different organization units .and various information like its branch, company, division, etc., can be entered here.

Code: Enter the code of the organization unit.
Name: Enter the name of the organization unit.
Short Name: Enter a short name for the organization unit.
Company: Select the company name from the picklist.

5. Branch: Select the branch of the OU from the picklist.

6. Division: Select the division of the OU from the picklist.

7. Currency: Select the currency used in the Organization unit.

8. Calendar: Select the created calendar name from the picklist. Based on locations, the calendar may differ, each with its own holidays, weekly offs, etc.

9. Logo 1: Select the logo for the organization unit.

10. Click the Choose File button to select the logo file.

11. Logo 2: Select additional logo if required.

12. Display Name: Enter the display name of the organization unit.

13. Period Group: Select the appropriate radio button of the periods.

14. BONUSPER: Enter the value of BONUSPER.

15. Click the Save button.

16. Wait till the message pops up on the screen to confirm that the calendar is connected with the organization.
