Opening Balance

Opening balance displays the current balance of OUs. Details regarding the account balance of any OU in your organization can be viewed in this screen. bal Fields & its description:
  • D/Cr
Specify if this is a debit or credit type account.
  • Org. Unit
Select the required OU from this field.
  • Account Code & Name
Select the required account code or name of the account.
  • Currency & Conv. Factor
The currency specifically used for this account can be entered along with its respective conversion factor.
  • Amount
This is the total amount available in this account
  • Debit/Credit
Based on your selection earlier (D/Cr), debit/credit shows the respective value. You can also refer to the bill allocation details of the account by clicking on the BA button.
