Steps in New Year Generation
1. Period Creation (Admin Module - Master - Organization - Period) 2. Go to Year end posting (Admin Module - Master - General - Year End Posting) 3. Select necessary checklist 1. Account Balance 2. Biztransacitontype 3. Account Post 4. Select to period (By defaul from period is automatically selected) 5. Click Yes 6. Once year end posting done, status mail will come to your mail id. 7. Plan for giving year access rights to users (if need be ) . (Please instruct the user to login necessary period) 8. It is advisable to lock previous year once previous year transaction completed.
