Moulding

Moulding is the manufacturing process where patterns are made from the input raw materials. Usually the molten raw materials are poured into an object which holds the shape. This object is called as the mould. This whole process is called moulding. In this screen, a single moulding transaction can involve multiple individual patterns by adding rows (boxes) to the grid/table. moulding Fields & its description: BizTransaction type will be automatically selected based on your settings.
  • Store
Specify the store for which the moulding process is to take place.
  • Number & Date
Enter a number to uniquely identify this transaction process. The date is selected automatically. But this can also be chosen manually.
  • Box Start Number
For your reference enter the starting number that you want for the boxes to be generated in the grid below.
  • Boxes
The total number of boxes required must be specified. After filling the above details click on the Generate button. This will fill the rows in the grid. E.g. If your Box start number is 10 and Boxes is 15, box nos from 10 to 24 totaling 15 boxes will be generated in the grid.
  • Pattern
Choose the pattern to be moulded in this field. As soon as you select one, a Parameter window pops up allowing you to check your parameters defined for this process.
  • Status
Specify the status by choosing either pending or moulded accordingly.    .
