Fields & its description:
- Service Status
The present service status of the machine should be selected.
- Service From/To Date
After servicing for the machine is completed, enter the starting and ending date until which the machine can operate freely till the next service cycle arrives.
- Service Provider
The agency that services the machine should be selected.
