Machine – Profile

Profile of a machine includes vital details like the date of its manufacture, supplier, etc. mach-pf Fields & its description:
  • YOM
The item's Year Of Manufacture must be selected.
  • Mfr Sl No.
This is the manufactured serial number of the machine. The machine will have a unique serial number and you must specify this here.
  • Supplier
Specify the supplier who supplied this machine from the given list of options.
  • Bill Number
The machine would have  a bill number from when it was  purchased.
  • Last Number
  • Machine Status
Choose the operational status of the machine from the list of options. There are options that define whether the machine is active, inactive or obsolete.
  • Machine Value
This is the price of the machine. Enter its correct value.
  • Bill Date
Bill date refers to the date when the machine was purchased.
  • Batch
If this machine belongs to a batch, select one from the list or else select None.
  • Installation Date
Select the date when the machine was installed in this field.
  • Value In Bill
This is the total cost of the machine after including the statutory taxes.
  •  Purchase Date
