Leave/On-duty/Permission
In this report, we can find not only the individual employee report per year or per month. This report is for the department heads, project managers or heads appointed for the Overall Operation. This report will show the team who works under that department.
When the employee has been selected under any of the types, and the period also being selected, and when the FILL option is clicked, it lists out the details.
This table column will be displayed when the employee clicks the " Leave/On-Duty" button.
The above table clearly shows the details of every team member assigned to the Head-Department. Under each tab, the information for the access can be retrieved.
Number - default assigned from the Organization end.
Date - On what date, the employee has requested for Leave/On-Duty.
Employee Code - Applicable to the employees, whoever comes under the General Shift, or specific to employee executed from the Organization end, it may be a contract or any representatives (Partner, Agreement company employees)
Employee Name - concerned employee name.
Type - This follows the code. Full time, Part-time, Contract employees, and it also applies to which shift type.
No of Days - In this sub-column, the employee can see how many days it counts as Leave/On-Duty.
From Date - To Date - With the count of days, relevantly the dates can also be viewed.
From Time and To Time - Selection of the dates sums the application of the request, the data applicable for Leave/On-duty/Permission.
Duration - The exact duration of the employee as applied for permission.Revisions
