Lead Category

Group leads into categories which will help you in better organizing. You can create lead categories that is separate for traders, dealers, clients, etc. Fields & its description:
  • Code/Name
Enter a code and its corresponding name to define the lead category.
  • Cycle
Select a lead cycle especially suited for this lead category.
  • Is Product Required?
Lead categories may not only involve products but also personnel and locations. Specify if this lead category involves products.
