- Number: Every job will have a unique number, it will be generated while creating the job opening. The required job opening will be selected from this field.
- Once the required job number is selected, the details regarding the job opening will be displayed on the screen. The details such as status, department, designation, HR manager, etc.
3. The details tab will have the complete information regarding the job opening. The details which are saved while creating the job opening will be listed under this tab.
4. The applicant tab is selected as a default. The applicant's profile is listed in the table under this tab.
5. Click the Search and Add button to add more applicant profiles to the table. Once clicking the Search and Add button the applicant lightbox will appear on the screen.

Applicant: This field will list only the applicants who are applied for the selected job opening. Selecting the different job openings will list the applicants who are applied only for that particular opening.
Load: Once selecting the mail id from the list, click the Load button. The applicant's profile will be loaded in the table given below.
6. Click the Ok button to load the applicant details in the job view screen.
