- Type: The organization will conduct a recruitment process due to a new opening or for replacement. The type of job opening will be either new recruitment or replacement. Select the type as per the requirement.
- Number: The number will be generated automatically once the details are filled in.
- Date: Enter the date when this job opening is created.
- Reference No: Enter the reference number for the job opening.
- Reference Date: Enter the reference date.
- Title: The title of a job opening is needed to be entered here. If the organization is recruiting for a Sales executive, then the title will be Sales Executive.
- Description: The job nature and other details will be entered here.
- Requirements: The skill required for the job opening is needed to be mentioned here.
- Roles and Responsibilities: The detailed description of the roles and responsibilities of the job opening is needed to be entered here.
- Status: Select the status of the job opening from the picklist. The open status will be selected when creating the job opening.
11. The Terms tab is selected as default, enter the required details.
Department: The department where the job opening is posted will be selected here. Designation: The designation for the job opening is needs to be selected here. The job opening may be for managerial level, junior level, or mid-level. Depends on the level select the designation. Place of Work: Enter the place where the selected person will be working. Reporting to: Select the higher authority designation to whom the selected person will be reporting. Type: Select the employment type from the pick-list. Report to Employee: Select the employee's name to whom the selected person will be reporting. Number of posts: Enter the total number of vacant positions. Grade: Select the salary grade from the pick-list. Primary Location: Select the location where the selected person will be working primarily. For Location: Enter the list of locations where the selected person will be working. OU: Select the organizational unit where the selected person going to work. For Ous: The job opening might be for various organizational unit. So select the list of organizational units where the selected persons going to work. Required From Date: Enter the start date from when the recruitment for the job opening will occur. Required To Date: Enter the date when the recruitment for the job opening will end. Reason: The job opening can be created due to business expansion or due to replacement. Select the appropriate reason. Reason For Opening: The detailed reason for the job opening will be entered here. 12. Criteria: Select the Criteria tab and enter the required details. Experience: The required experience for the job opening is needed to be entered here. Education Level: The required education level for the job opening is needed to be entered here. Designation Level: The job opening will be posted to entry level, intern or senior level etc. Depends on the requirements, select the designation level from the pick-list. Job Function: The job functionalities will be defined from the list given. A job opening will be for finance, production, or customer support, etc. Select the appropriate job function as per the requirement. Selection Cycle: The selection cycle will be created already using the selection cycle scree. Select the appropriate cycle from the pick-list. Search Type: Select the required radio button.Internal Search: If the job opening is created for internal requirement, then select the internal search.
New Requirement: If the job opening is created for the new requirement from external, then select the new requirement.
Skill Set: The skill sets required for the job opening is needed to selected from the pick-list. 13. Select the HR tab and enter the required details. Hiring Manager: The name of the hiring manager who is responsible for a job opening is needed selected here. Recruitment Start Date: Select the start date of the recruitment process. HR Incharge: Select the HR in charge name from the pick-list. The name of the HR who is responsible for the recruitment will be selected here. Recruitment End Date: Enter the recruitment end date of the recruitment process. Requirement Before: Enter the date when this recruitment is needed to be completed. Selection Process: The selection process used for this job opening is needed to selected here. For each job openings, the selection process will differ depends on the requirement. 14. Select the compensation tab and enter the required details. Salary Range: Enter the salary range of the job opening on the From and To tab respectively. Particulars: The particular details are entered here for understand the salary particulars easily. Benefits: The detailed explanation of benefits are needed to provided here. Salary Basis On: Depends on the salary crediting period, select the required button. The monthly button will be selected if the salary is credited on the monthly basis. Other Attractions: Enter any other allowance details. 15. Select the Others tab and enter the required details. Job For Type: Select the appropriate radio buttons. Internal need: If the requirement for job opening is within the organization, select the internal need button. 3rd Party: Select this button if the requirement is for the 3rd party. Allocation: Select the allocation type from the pick-list. The allocation is the organization or 3rd party who is responsible for the recruitment process. Additional Information: Provide any additional information for the job opening. Remarks: The remarks for the job opening is entered here. 16. Click the save button. The pop-up will appear on the screen to confirm that the job opening is created.Contents
