Fields & its description:

• From/To

This is the period between which the rates you have specified will be valid.

•  Rate

Enter the rate charged for the item by the party.

• Cost

This is the actual manufacturing cost charged for the item.

• Rate per UOM

Specify the rate per Unit Of Measurement charged for the item.

• Charge

Select the charge which refers to the total charges applicable to the item.

• Add

This is the value that is added to the item charges.

• Less

This is the value that will be deduced from the  item charges.

• Conversion

Specify the conversion rate of the currency used.

• Base Rate

Enter the base rate from which the conversion takes place.

• Currency

Select the currency used for transactions with respect to this item party.
