With respect to long hours in storage, some items are subject to shrinkage. Enter the percentage of shrinkage here.

•  Serviceable Item

If this item can be serviced then specify as such here.

• Is Spare Item

The item can be a part of another product that is whole. Select Yes if it is a spare item.

• Installation Tracking

If the installation of this item is tracked, then use this field to confirm.

• Warranty Tracking
