Keep a detailed eye on the item stocks of your inventory whether it is regarding its location or restocking. There is a nifty filter feature allowing you to display items of any proportion and specification.

Fields & its Description:

• Organization

Specify the organization unit where the items are to be retrieved.

• Store

Select the store from which the items are to be displayed.

Use the Filter button to generate items based on your selection criteria. You can choose just one filter or specify all the six types. After your selection click on Apply Filter button.

A table containing stock related details about the items will be displayed. This table has the item’s SKU, name and code. If this item is critical which relates to stock levels then check the box. ROL (Reorder Level) is the minimum stock level after which the stock has to be replenished.

Specify the UOM of the item and the Bin No. where the item stock is located.
