Issues

Issues means material movement to  production, delivery section, etc., from stores department. Direct Issues :  In this method the material ( Item ) is selected from Item Master. After Issues the stock will be reduced. From BOM :  In this method the material issued from BOM based on Product selected. Instead of selecting material from one by one from Item master,  based on the product selected , all the material linked with  product in BOM is populated. From Production :   In this method the material(s) is populated based on the production of the product.  The system takes product details from production and BOM details are taken from BOM of the product. In BOM the material specification is for the fixed quantity of product. This will achieved by using <Consumption> button in Issues UI Store :  Here set  store  in which store the material(s) issued from Negative stock will not be accepted during Issues.  when the item selected the current stock will be displayed . if the user entered more than the stock then the system will not allow. In case of populate item through BOM or from Production ( consumption ) , once the item are populated after that we need to set Stores in Stores option. After Store is set then the current stock of the store is been populated. The current stock is less than the stock issued then while save the record system will shows a error. Before saving the transaction check the current stock with quantity in Doc Qty
