- Click Task by me: Displays all the tasks created by the person who has logged in (user). The pending only check box is ticked to display only the pending tasks.
2. ClickTask by me: Displays the task created to the person who has logged in (user). The pending only check box is ticked to display the pending tasks.
3. Click All: Displays all the tasks of a person who has logged in (user). The pending only check box is ticked to display the pending tasks.
4. Enter any keywords of a task in the search bar and click the search icon.
5. Filter: Click the filter button. The filter lightbox opens up.
Filter:
a). By default, the filter tab opens up. Here, we can filter the tasks according to in charge, Request by, Status, Previous Pending, Task Type, Task Name, Assigned to.
b). Click the Apply button.
Period:
a). Select period to filter the tasks depending on the year, day, week, month.
