- I am going to take punch details for to take a report for example.
- Go to -> modules -> payroll -> Report -> Punches -> Punch details.
- First, you should click filter icon in the right corner.
- Then you have to click the filter.
- Lets it will show a popup screen.
- select the filter in it.
- Enter your name and department.
- Enter punch date in Date type.
- Then select Period.
- Enter Current month and date.
- Click Apply to top right corner of the screen.
- Display the result while you click Apply.
- Now you have to take the Report that results.
- Click the icon in the top right corner.
- These are the report menus.
- If you will click the Report, generate a report page for that result.
- If you click Pdf, the result will generate as Pdf document.
- If you click the CSV, that result will open as excel sheet.
- If you click the mail, the result will send to your inbox by your email.
