The latest release has the newest features and fixes. Syncing the provided release enables update of your whole database with fixes, additions and improvements. This instruction manual is for users whose database has been synchronized at least once (with folder names and directories already configured). In order to get the latest release, follow these simple instructions:

1. Extract the source upload file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Difference (location may differ based on your initial installation).
2. Restore the USCIMPSYS database.
3. After the restoration process is completed, delete the scripts folders and replace them with the new Script folder.
4. Similarly go to the Service folder and replace the old files with the new ones.
5. Replace the reports by going to Reports (Report\Jasper\) and copy them. Now paste these files over Jasper Report Server\Apache-Tomcat\Webapps\Jasper-webapp\Reports.
6. Import Jasper reports by going to the remote Newserver and go to the directory containing the Jasperexport folder. Delete this folder. Now go to desktop and run the JasperExport file.
7. Check the Release details of the front end release using Notepad to view the Revision number.
8. Go to Xampp\Htdocs, right click on the GB4 front end folder and click on Tortoise SVN and select Update to Revision to change the revision number you have noted in step 6. This is done manually.
9. Now you must enter the relevant authentication codes for access.
10. Go to the GB4 login page and select the newer version after logging in.
11. Click on the Start Sync button and wait for the synchronization to complete. This will take a few minutes to finish.

After getting the synchronization confirmation message on the screen, you have successfully updated to the latest release.
