- Go to -> Top right corner of the screen -> Go to modules.
- To select CRM module of them.
- Go to Transaction -> To click Activity.
- These fields are auto fill fields.
- It's enough to change date only.
- Then you click the button Add Row.
- Now you have to fill in all fields.
- First Fill Type -> Task, Activity, Call, Breakdown and Lead to select anyone of them for fill the field.
- Fill Particulars -> Click drop-down.
- To fill the field by what is your task or project on that day.
- Then fill Status -> Pending and activity to select anyone of them for fill that field.
- If you complete your task means to select Complete.
- Not yet 100% complete your task means to select Pending.
- Then should fill From Time, To Time(From time is when you start the work, To time is, until how long you are doing the work).
- Fill the field Completed in percentage (How much you are completed your task, for example, 10%,20%,25%,50%).
- You should enter remarks with the Remarks field.
- After filling all things to click save button.
