- Click Request to me: Displays all the tasks which are sent by the subordinates to get approval from me.
- Click Request by me: Displays all the tasks which are sent to the higher authority by me to get an approval
- To search for the task to be approved from the list displayed enter any keywords of a task in the search bar and click the search icon.
4. Select the required task to be approved by clicking the check box. Multiple tasks can be selected.
5. Click the Accept button to approve the selected tasks.
6. The Accept Remarks Lightbox pops up.
7. Click the OK button.
8. The selected documents are approved and the pop-up will appear on the screen.
9. The requester can also reject the approval of the task or resend the task for any correction.
10. Select the required tasks to be rejected by clicking the check box. Multiple tasks can be selected.
11. Click the Reject button to reject the tasks.
12. Click the Resend button to resend the tasks.
13. To preview the details of the task, click the Preview button. The Document printing Lightbox opens up with various options to view.
Only one task can be selected at a time to preview the details of the task.
