Navigation Path: Planning>Transaction>Forecast Data
- Follow the above steps to open the ‘Forecast Data ’ screen.
- Choose the already created Forecast from the drop-down menu in the ‘Forecast’ field.
- After loading the Item and SKU from the Forecast, click the ‘GET’ button, to display the already planned item in the bottom row.
Item Code | Code of the Item created by the user |
Item Name | Name of the Item created by the user |
SKU | SKU expanded as “stock keeping unit” is a number that is assigned to products to keep track internally. |
- If the item is not displayed in the bottom row, Click the ‘Add Detail’ button and select the time as Daywise/Weekwise/Monthwise according to the requirement.
Time | Choose ‘Time’ from the drop-down list. Day: When selected, the total quality will be split into Daywise production. Week: When selected, the total quality will be split into Weekly production. Month: When selected, the total quality will be split into Monthly production. |
From | Select the starting date from which the forecast is applicable. |
To | Select the ending date to which the forecast is applicable. |
Qty | Total forecast quantity of the Production plan. |
Consume Quantity | Total quantity delivered to the party. (Consume qty = Forecast qty – Balance qty) |
Balance Quantity | Remaining Quantity available. |
Percentage | % indicates the percentage of the planning quantity |
Remarks | Add any descriptive comments if needed |
Party | This field represents whichever customer the forecast is allocated for. |
Allocation | Indicates the work order to be allocated to the forecast |
- Click the ‘Save Details’ button in the bottom row to save the Forecast Data
- Click the Save button on the main screen or ‘Update’ if modifications are made to the previously created Forecast Data.
- If the Forecast has multiple items we can use the forecast import template to import them.
