Event Type Action

Any Event may have one or more Action. For example  Saving  a  new user  creation will be send as email notification to Manager and SMS notification to the user. Email Notification in one  Action and SMS Notification is an another Action and both will be executed during the new user "SAVE" event. The User Interface looks as In the Event Type "Save Party" is linked with two actions  "Save Account Ledger-Email" and "Save Account Ledger - SMS" respectively. When new party is created and saved then both the Action will be executed. Any Action(s)  linked with  Event can deactivate temporarily or permanent by using Active option. The Direct Call option is used to sending  notification  after the event completed. It can be stopped also. There is a scheduler running in Goodbooks ERP for running few process by system itself  at pre-defined time. It can be stopped by using the Schedular Call option. The action can be controlled based on the conditions.  This can be achieved by using the "Eval Condition" option.
