Employee Master-Company

  Company: The company tab allows you to monitor and store data related to the employee's reporting officer, Organization, Branch where they work, etc. There are multiple fields that help you get a complete idea about the employee working in the company.  
  • Joining: The date when the employee joined the organization. Joining may refer to even the start of the training period of an employee.
  • Retirement: Enter the retirement date of the employee. Retirement is the age when the employee will get retired.
  • Probation Start Date: This date refers to the date after joining, where the employee starts to waits until being confirmed.
  • Actual Retirement: Enter the actual retirement date of the employee. Actual retirement is the official age of retirement.
  • Confirmed: Select the confirmed check box if required.
   
  • Cross OU Type: Specify if the employee has been at more than one Organization Unit while working.
  • Confirmation: The date when the employee has been confirmed as being part of the organization. Enter the confirmation date by clicking the calendar icon.
  • Cost Center Type: We saw the employee is being responsible for different OU, in this Cost Center type, there are two types
    • Single Type – In this option the employee is subject to work for only one unit, take the Human Resources Department. The employee will be allotted the salary based upon this one unit workings.
    • Multiple Type – In this Cost center type, the employee who is entitled to work in two different units, will be allotted salary from the same, both from the HR unit and as well from the Admin unit
For example, if an employee is working in the manufacturing sector, and under the designing department, then this is under a Single Cost center type. In the Multiple cost center type, the employee is working in both the designing and the production side, it is called Multiple cost center
  • Organization: The part of the organization to which the employee belongs. Select the organization name from the picklist.
  • Cost Center:
  • Branch: The specific branch of the company where the employee works if any. Select branch name from the picklist.
  • Linked Code: Select the employee name from the picklist.
  • Division: Select the division name from the picklist.
  • Resource Type: Classify the employee based on the type of resource in this organization. Select from the picklist.
  • Resignation: Enter the employee’s resignation date with the organization.
  • Gratuity Group: Select the type of gratuity group for the employee
