Document Generation Configuration (Developer) ----------------------------------- 1. Get the Generating document from customer with mark (which data need to come from erp) 2 Finding which report gives all the information 3. Make sure primary field of the screen is also used as filter in the report (Employee Master - Employeeid, Posting position - Postingpositionid) 4. create criteria in the report 5. Fill the Generating docuement with the fields 6. create file with the "Generating Document" 7. create action (with document merge option) (donot forget to mark client) with that file 8. create eventtypeactiondetail and mark as action active 9. Make the document available for sync in release Document Generation (User) ---------------------- 1. Go to that screen. 2. Select the document 3. select interaction from side setting bar 4. click add new button 5. click template based 6. select action from picklist 7. click preview if you want to see in direcly 8. click generate (without is mail required) 9. Use that document 10. If you want to see action related intereactions then initially it will show
