Defect

Defects are nothing but certain attributes that pertain to standards that are not being met. Inspections have certain characteristic specifications and defects are used to classify them. def Fields & its description:
  • Code & Name
Enter a code and its corresponding name for the defect that is to be created.
  • Points Per Defect
Points per defect refers to the Four Point Method used for calculation. Enter the right value here. If required you can enter any remarks. You can also specify a sort order for this entry in the list. After entering the values click on the save button to save this entry. Edit an entry that is already saved by selecting that entry and clicking on update. If an entry is to be deleted, select the entry and click on delete.
