Daily Report Entry/Punch

Registering the daily work activities in an organized format is known as Daily Report Entry/Punch. This tool is to ascertain the task which is scheduled or schedule a task by own self and accomplishing it at the proper time. In this tool, the task is deeply elaborated and discussed before it begins because while working on the project we may also get other schedules to work on it. To capture the timing or complete the work at the scheduled time this tool plays a primary role. How the tool is being more beneficial to the employees.   This is how the tool will be when logged through the employee's credentials, and we can see the
  1. Date – This date represents the day the project has been assigned to the employee who is handling the area of expertise.
  2. Project – The project states the employee has been assigned to work the topic
  3. Task No – Just to notify the task which has been assigned, for example, there may be few tasks scheduled to the particular employee, in that both the Organization and the employee should know on which project against the task is scheduled.
  4. Particulars – the employee should know the topic he/she is going to work. This goes with the Task No. which helps the employee to understand the work easier.
  5. Assign Person – Sometime the person will be the default logged in person to view and work on the task, or the employee who is also assigned under the to work in the project.
  6. Status – Specifies, whether the person is working in the project, or temporarily stopped, project finished.
  7. Number – No of data collected
  8. of Company – Data collected based on the requirement of the company.
  9. Total – If the number in need is 500, if collected it will be mentioned here for the count
  10. Required Count – This is to understand what will the amount collected and the prescribed amount needed from the company side.
  11. Worked hours – Based on the above the employee work hours will be calculated by clicking on the start button and working on the project until the stop button is clicked.
Note: The Number and No. of Company is designed as per the requirements of the company. These are added as samples to make the end-user understand the concept. After understanding the above items, the employee has to click on the tabular column, and there will be another display table to start the project For assigning the task the ‘Start” button and for ending the task “Stop” button has to be clicked, This is will kept as a record for the employee’s Daily Report /Punch Entry.
