Count Master

Count master applies exclusively to textile operations where count is a measure of  the fiber. This can be woolen, cotton and also other counts. Usually, finer the fiber, higher is the count. countmast Fields & its description:
  • Code & Name
Enter the code and name of the count that is to be saved. E.g. 30 as code with 30s as the whole name.
  • Count Type
There maybe three count types, Single ply, Double ply and triple ply (based on threads). Select the appropriate count type of your entry in this field.
  • Category/Sub Category
Choose an item category or sub category if this applies in the respective fields. This can be related to the material used for this count.
  • Single Count
Single count refers to the individual fabric count of your entry. E.g. A 30s type has single as 30. Is Twist can be checked to indicate if the yarn is twisted together. Usually multi colored fabrics are twisted.
  • Length Per Kg
Enter the length of the fabric for every unit kilogram, according to your set metrics.
  • Weight per Meter
