Cost Center Type

Cost center type can be used to classify the type of costs incurred by the organization. Costs can be grouped into certain types and this screen can be used to specify that. costcent Fields & its description:
  • Code & Name
Enter the code and name of the cost center type in this field. E.g. Local Advertising.
  • Type
From the given list, select the type of cost center. Vehicle, if the costs are due to transport related expenses. Employee, when an employee is sent on a business trip or other employee related activities this option is chosen. When the type of costs incurred is due to a specific branch, branch is selected. Due to a certain party, costs may have occurred and this is specified by choosing party. Dynamicdoc should be chosen when the cost type is referred from other documents.
  •  Org. unit
Select the OU from the pick list to indicate the origin of the cost center type.
