Checking settings before Employee Register creation every month

1. For New Employees
To check if:
• The shift pattern is assigned.

Steps to do:

Payroll>Masters>Attendence settings >Employee shift pattern
• Select Type
• Save

 

2. For Resigned Employees

To check if:

• The status of the employee is made inactive.
• The date of resignation is entered.
Steps to do:
Payroll>Masters>Employee Details>Employee master

• Select Employee status as Inactive
• Select the Company Tab
• Enter the Resignation Date
• Save
