Mat. option tab is useful to indicate material/rate requirement of various fields for defining the product like applicable discount, delivery details, nature of the product, etc.

Fields & its description:

Initially the nature of the material should be checked: Actual, Good, Rejected, etc.
This maybe multiple if need be.

•  SKU Details Required

Confirm if the Stock Keeping Unit’s details are necessary.

•  Rate/UOM Required

Choose if the rate of a product or UOM of an object is required.

• Schedule Details Required

If the schedule details of a product is required then specify as such here. This will enable the schedule button in your screen.

•  Scheme Calculation Required

Scheme calculation refers to any schemes related to the product sale. Confirm if this is required for the transaction type.

• Rate for free

Enter the rate at which the product sales is considered free.

• Delivery Tracking Required

If tracking the delivery of goods is required then this option should be mentioned here.

• Delivery Type

Instant, in case of immediate delivery; Store,  if it is delivered from store to store and vehicle are the available delivery types. Select your option accordingly.

• Trip Bill

If the bill of the trip is needed then select yes or else no.

• Show History

If you choose to accept show history then the history of transactions of that product will be shown.

• Multiple UOM required

If multiple UOMs are necessary for an object then confirm as such. In cases where one standard unit of measurement does not suffice, this option should be accepted.

• Multiple Store Applicable

If multiple stores are available then specify accordingly.

• Discount Applicable

Discount in prices may be applicable to certain products or for certain parties. Select accordingly.

• Free Applicable

If certain goods are on offer for free then select yes.

•  Supplementary Bill

Supplementary bills may be issued for some transactions that involve other invoices as reference. Choose yes if it is required.

•  Item From Item Party

Choose if the item is from an item party by confirming this in the field. This is for ease of selection.
