Biztransaction Type – Default

As the name suggests, default will automatically select entries for fields based on the setting you choose in this tab. This can be changed if needed. The main purpose of this tab is for the user to not select a regular entry every time. bzt-d   Fields & its description:
  • Store
Select the default store you want to be selected each time the user enters a screen with that field. If you use a regular store then this setting will be useful.
  • Work center
Work centers indicate the multiple work locations of an organization. Select a default work center if required.
  • Party
Similar to the above, set a default party. This may be your most regular business party.
  • Counter
If you require a default counter then select that counter so that it is displayed all the time.
  •  Party filter setting
This will enable a default party filter with certain configurations for the party.
  • Process
Some industries may require only a single process entry. If that is the case with your organization then select that process here.
  • Currency
Currency will set a default currency for all your transactions.
  • Item Filter Setting
An item filter setting will be configured based on your selections for an item.
